Petonia Foods Private Limited was set up in the year 1981 as a part of Parekh Foods. Petonia Foods Private Limited is known all over the world for offering instant food, ready to eat food products, frozen vegetables and frozen fruits.

The company began its venture in the food industry in India with warehousing and then gradually grabbed the opportunity of shifting its focus from warehousing to cold storage, frozen foods manufacturing and exports.

Petonia Foods Private Limited has honed its skills in food exporting and cold storage over the years and today it is one of the leading companies offering frozen foods and instant foods not only in the Indian market but also to the international markets. The storage capacity of the company is around 6000 metric tons. Petonia Foods Private Limited also possesses a number of warehouses where safety and cleanliness of the vegetables is ensured.

Of late, Petonia Foods Private Limited has divided the activities into two segments, one dealing with Instant food and the other one dealing with Ready-to-eat Food. The product range of the company comprises vegetables, fruit pulps and frozen fruits. It is also involved in manufacturing, supplying and exporting instant food, Indian ready-to eat food, fruit pulps, cooked and canned food. All its products meet the specifications and standard of F.P.O. No harmful chemicals or solutions are used for ripening of fruits. Every sample is tested before selling them in the market by the quality control department.
