AHAAR 2008 is an Indian international food trade fair organized by India Trade Promotion Organization. AHAAR 2008 is scheduled to be held at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi from 10th March to 14th March, 2008. The aim of the Indian food trade show AHAAR 2008 is to increase the growth and development of the food processing and hospitality sectors of the country.

AHAAR 2008 is an Indian food trade show that is scheduled to be held in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from March 10- 14. AHAAR 2008 is an international food fair which is organized by India Trade Promotion Organization. The co- organizers of AHAAR 2008 are Association of Resource companies for the Hospitality Industry (ARCHI) New Delhi, Confederation of Indian Food Trade and Industry (CIFTI) New Delhi, Hotel and Restaurant Equipment Manufacturers Association of India (HOTREMAI), and Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA).

The aim of AHAAR 2008 is to provide a platform in order to encourage the modernization and growth of the hospitality and food processing sectors in India. AHAAR 2008 will be the 23rd edition of the Indian food fair that has, over the years, become the best forum for starting the process of technology transfer and also joint collaboration agreements that assure profitable returns. In AHAAR 2007, there were over 240 international and Indian exhibitors and around 25,000 business visitors from foreign countries as well as from India. The international companies that participated in AHAAR 2007 were from countries like USA, UK, Canada, Malaysia, Dubai, Singapore, Italy, Germany, and Spain.
