BSEL Infrastructure Realty, also known as BSEL Infrastructure Realty Limited is an India-based real estate development company established in 1995 at which time it was known as Bell South Enterprises Limited.
Further, in 1998 the company was renamed BSEL Information System Limited. This was done to facilitate its wide pool of customers with IT based services. The company again changed its name to BSEL Infrastructure Realty Limited in 2003. The main business activity of BSEL Infrastructure Realty involves real estate development like construction of hotels, IT parks, business arcades, and shopping malls. Further, BSEL Infrastructure Realty Limited also offers all infrastructure related developmental services at competitive prices.
BSEL Infrastructure Realty is a pioneer and one of the market leaders among the real estate development companies operating in India. BSEL Infrastructure Realty is an ISO 9000:2000 certified company.
BSEL Infrastructure Realty registered a net income of ` 15322.81 lakh for the year ended 31st March, 2006-2007 and the company's net profit stood at ` 7746.24 lakh for the same period. BSEL Infrastructure Realty is headed by Mr. Dharmendra Raichura who is the managing director of the company.
