Divi's Laboratories was set up in the year 1990 with the sole purpose of research and development in the life-sciences segment. The company mainly focuses on the development of modern innovative methods of manufacturing pharmaceutical intermediaries and other active pharma ingredients (APIs).
The Divi's Laboratories expanded it activities in a very short span of time to provide useful turnkey solutions for many of the national domestic pharmaceuticals. Now it is also venturing into providing turnkey solutions for certain global companies. With all the amassed experience the Divi's Laboratories set up its first manufacturing unit in 1995.
The production units of the Divi's Laboratories are:
- Unit I in Hyderabad consisting of 13 all purpose manufacturing blocks
- Unit II in Vishakhapatnam consisting of 7 all purpose manufacturing blocks

- Custom synthesis: The company manufactures customized active pharma ingredients and advanced intermediaries for different pharmaceutical companies.
- Full-time equivalent and contract research: The company also ventures in providing research for other pharma based companies. The Divi's Laboratories is one of the best in research facilities
