The Punj Lloyd IPO was launched in the year 2005 - 2006. The price band that was fixed for the Punj Lloyd IPO was Rs 700. Punj Lloyd - came out with public issue of 91.7 lakh shares during the launch of the Initial Public Offering (IPO). The issue of the Punj Lloyd IPO included fresh issue of 83.5 lakh shares and the remaining portion of the issue was offered for sale. The price band of the remaining portion of the Punj Lloyd IPO was fixed at Rs 600-700.
