Jaipur SEZ
Jaipur SEZ will be promoted by Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO) and will be set up in a total area of 89.39 acre. Around 172 units against 184 plots have been allotted for construction till date for infrastructural development.
Jaipur is popularly known as the Mahindra World City both in India and overseas. The city has planned up for the development of a social infrastructure in its special economic zone and is also about to start off with a site development program along with absolutely contemporary and technologically modernized business facilities. Jaipur, the Mahindra World City, has gained fame in developing multi-product facilities in its special economic zone in the format of a unified business city. It was also claimed to be a collaboration work between Mahindra Gesco Developers Ltd (a Mahindra Group Company) and Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation Ltd (RIICO), an administrative unit that is run by the Government of Rajasthan.
There are two phases under which the projects of the Jaipur SEZ have been divided. Phase-I of the project comprise of construction of an IT/ITES SEZ to be established in a land of around 188 acres. The Company working under the ITSEZ is on its way to set up a Technology Park with the objective to offer colonized area to IT/ITES companies, which have been established on rent. The project has also promised improved plots for the IT companies for establishment of their own campuses and enough spare space for the companies who are in search of an immediate start of transaction.

- Formation of a 9 inches high compound wall along with a 3 inches high wire fencing all around the zone
- Building a double path or intermediate paved roads
- Formulating well designed drainage facilities for clear and improved drainage of wasted water
- Constituting entertainment and other parks and water body
- Ensuring an efficient and proper scheme for water supply to avoid unnecessary impediments that might prove to be detrimental in the development purposes
- Setting up Street lights on the tube-like poles
- A smooth and incessant supply of power in the developmental zones under Jaipur SEZ
- Constructing a center building to enable certain facilities privileged to everyone
