Bisk Farm

Bisk Farm is the brand name of SAJ Industries Pvt. Ltd. which was set up in 2000 and is a part of the Aparna Group of companies. SAJ Industries Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in the business of producing and selling a wide range of bakery and food products under the brand name Bisk Farm. It has become one of the most popular brand names in the industry of biscuits in India. In 2000, Bisk Farm started with around ten different varieties of food and biscuit products and which increased to around twenty three varieties by July, 2003.

The biscuits of Bisk Farm are available in the states of West Bengal, Jharkhand, Orissa and in all the seven north eastern states of the country. According to estimates of July 2003, Bisk Farm has a market share of around 3% in Eastern India and about 12% in West Bengal

Bisk Farm has more than 12,000 outlets in the state of West Bengal and about 25,000 trade outlets in the states of Bihar, Jharkhand, and Orissa as in December, 2007. SAJ Industries Pvt. Ltd. company's factories are located in Uluberia and Sankrail. The factories of SAJ Industries Pvt. Ltd. where the biscuits of Bisk Farm are produced have a biscuit production capacity of around 660 tons per month as per recods of December, 2007. The turnover of Bisk Farm amounted to ` 20 crores in 2003- 2004.
