Aviva has recently come out with its mobile application named Aviva Mobile. This facility is expected to assist customers in keeping a tab on their investments. The application can be downloaded without any cost on smartphones that have Android, Blackberry, or Apple software.With this application, customers will be able to check various details of their policies and funds, pay their premiums and also ask for receipts of the same. In addition, with this facility they can also get information on the products being offered by Aviva.
The COO, Snehil Gambhir, has stated that customers can also locate Aviva branches and register their issues and complaints. They can also update the various details of their policies and contact the insurer from any point in the world. This device is also expected to help Aviva make its policy management procedures free of problems for their customers.
Aviva has also launched the Family Income Builder Plan on August 13, 2012. This is a conventional plan whereby the insured pays a premium for 12 years and then gets back 200 percent of the payment in the next 12 years. It also launched a Facebook campaign on June 15, 2012.
This program is part of the company’s attempt to let people express their gratitude towards their fathers on the occasion of Father’s Day.
