He has also operated internationally assisting clients in areas like financial risk management, and development of structured hedging plans that can be used for exposures across several countries. He has also helped with liability and asset management.

Leanne Lazarus operates as the managing director of ANZ Operations & Technology Pvt Ltd. Previously she had worked as a General Manager of Banking Operations and Contact Centres in New Zealand for the same organization.
In this capacity she had set up several contact centers that bagged a number of awards in New Zealand as well as the biggest ever operations team. She has also served for ANZ previously in the following roles:
