The company is also planning to open marketing offices overseas so that it is able to tap the export cables markets. The total income of KEI Industries amounted to ` 1877.57 million in 2006-2007 and the net profit stood at ` 119.31 million for the same period.

The LT Power Cable division of the company has a capacity of 9000 km of cable p.a. The control cable unit, instrumentation cable unit, and the flexible cable unit have capacities of 7,000 km p.a, 5,000 km p.a, and 10,000 km p.a respectively.
