Rural Business Hub Initiative in Bihar has been started by the government of the state in order to encourage economic growth in the rural areas of the state. The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Ministry of Panchayat Raj have set up RBH in Bihar jointly.
Rural Business Hub Initiative in Bihar is a Public Private Panchayat Partnership (PPPP). The main aim of Rural Business Hub Initiative in Bihar is to encourage the member companies of CII to set up their industries in the rural areas of the state.
This will help in setting up direct link between the industry and rural economy. The member companies of CII establish their companies in the rural areas of the state according to the local skills and local communities. The main objectives of Rural Business Hub Initiative in Bihar are to encourage sustainable economic activity in the rural areas of the state.
Further the main objectives of Rural Business Hub Initiative in Bihar is to improve the resources that are available locally and to manufacture goods of such standard and quality that are internationally and nationally accepted. Also the main objectives of Rural Business Hub Initiative in Bihar are that the industry would directly procure agricultural products from the farmers. For this will remove the middle men who make most of the money while the farmers get very less returns for their products.
