Divi's Laboratories

Divi's Laboratories was set up in the year 1990 with the sole purpose of research and development in the life-sciences segment. The company mainly focuses on the development of modern innovative methods of manufacturing pharmaceutical intermediaries and other active pharma ingredients (APIs).

The Divi's Laboratories expanded it activities in a very short span of time to provide useful turnkey solutions for many of the national domestic pharmaceuticals. Now it is also venturing into providing turnkey solutions for certain global companies. With all the amassed experience the Divi's Laboratories set up its first manufacturing unit in 1995.

The production units of the Divi's Laboratories are:

• Unit I in Hyderabad consisting of 13 all purpose manufacturing blocks
• Unit II in Vishakhapatnam consisting of 7 all purpose manufacturing blocks

Main areas of operation of the Divi's Laboratories:

• Custom synthesis: The company manufactures customized active pharma ingredients and advanced intermediaries for different pharmaceutical companies.
• Full-time equivalent and contract research: The company also ventures in providing research for other pharma based companies. The Divi's Laboratories is one of the best in research facilities

• Providing drinking water by drilling of bore wells
• Intermediate students and Degree Merit Scholarships
• Free supply of note books in high schools, upper primary, and primary
• Providing the schools with additional teachers
• Veterinary camps for livestock
• Eye check up camps providing the facility of cataract operations for the under privileged villagers
• Free dental check up camps
• Free health check-up for the school children
• Family planning activities and pulse polio immunization camps
• Organizing training programs for the farmers and other programs such as construction of check-dams, desalting of canals and irrigation tanks
• Contributing to the programs pertaining to the welfare of the women
