The Jaybharat Real Estate and Textiles envisages installing 75,600 spindles which will have an output of around 10,700 TPA and will manufacture cotton yarn.

The net sales of Jaybharat Textiles and Real Estate amounted to Rs. 518.26 million in 20005-2006 and the next year the figure amounted to Rs. 994.2 million. The net profit of the company amounted to Rs. 64.93 million in 2005-2006 which increased to Rs. 149.5 million within the next year.
