Confederation of Real Estate Developer's Associations of India or CREDAI is the main authority for the development of organized real estate industry in India. Confederation of Real Estate Developer's Associations of India is an autonomous body representing real estate developers across India.

The Confederation of Real Estate Developer's Associations of India has more than 3,500 individual real estate developers and builders as members. These members of the association represent more than 60% of the total organized real estate builders operating in the country.
