Omaxe Limited was established by Shri. Rohtas Goel in 1989 and enjoys a great reputation in the domestic as well as the international markets. It has earned a significant reputation as one of the largest real estate development companies in India.

Omaxe Limited was formerly known as Omaxe Builders Private Limited till 1989 but was rechristened Omaxe Construction Limited in 1999. In 2001 the company entered the business of real estate development and ultimately became Omaxe Limited in 2006.
