Hiranandani Developers was founded in the early 1980s at Mumbai by Niranjan and Surendra Hiranandani. The company is committed to attaining high quality standards in its services as well as establishing an employee-friendly environment.

The mainstay of Hiranandani Developers lies in projects such as recreation zones, entertainment facilities, landscaping, shopping, and parks. The company has the privilege of being the chief developer for 23 Marina in Dubai which is the worlds tallest residential building. In India, the Hiranandani Group was the first in developing a flyover mall called Western Mall at Mumbai.

  • Hiranandani Meadows: Another township at Thane, having a serene and lush green environment, with soothing winds, and beautiful landscaping. To add to the convenience, there are large swimming pools, food courts, leisure zones, and more.

  • Other projects undertaken by Hiranandani Developers are Biz Park (Thane and Powai), Galleria Shopping Mall (Powai), Nirvana Park (Powai), Hiranandani Hospital (Thane and Powai), Hakone Entertainment (Thane and Powai), Hotel Rodas (Powai), Lakewood Malls(Powai), and Bus services(Thane).

As such, Hiranandani Developers is the first company to introduce copper plumbing in India and the first to use fly ash in concrete. It was also the pioneer in using 100 percent rain water harvesting and sewage recycling in India. As part of its social commitments, Hiranandani Developers has been involved in the drafting of Mumbai's State Policy for slum rehabilitation that will be beneficial for more than 6 million slum-dwellers.

The Hiranandani brothers preside at the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). The company has adhered to modern-day demands of the real estate market and hence facilitates good sewage facilities, round the clock electricity, concrete roads, abundant water supply, and advanced transmission lines.
