NOCIL or National Organic Chemical Industries Ltd. was established in the year 1976 in outskirts of theIndian city Mumbai (then Bombay). NOCIL have 'State of the Art' Technology for the manufacture of rubber chemicals, which strictly conforms to world class quality standards, environmental care standards and customer service.
NOCIL main products are - rubber chemicals and it is the largest producer inIndia. The high quality rubber chemicals products are of great demand across the world.
Anti-degradants -
N-isopropyl-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine and N-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine - PPD anti-degradants are very effective anti-ozonants and anti flex-cracking agents. Also provide protection against metal ion catalyzed oxidative aging and are excellent antioxidants

Accelerator -

2-mercaptobenzothiazole and Benzothiazyl disulfide - fast accelerators for sulfur vulcanization. Have good aging properties and more active at low temperatures

Zinc-2-mercaptobenzothiazole - used for the manufacture of Latex based rubber products

Blend of MBTS and basic accelerators - are blend of MBTS and basic accelerators for faster cure cycles

N-cyclohexyl- 2 benzothiazole sulfenamide, N-butyl-benzothiazolesulfenamide, 2-(morpholinothio) benzothiazole, N,N-dicyclohexyl-2- benzothiazyl sulfenamide - Delayed action type sulfenamide accelerators. Exhibit quicker cure rates at vulcanization temperature. Suitable for compounds containing higher loadings of reinforcing carbon blacks

- Hexamethylene-1,6- bis (thiosul -phate) disodium salt dihydrate - Post vulcanization stabilizer under anaerobic conditions.
